Our First Reserve World Championship Title!

Posted: November 15th, 2010

Schengrund Stables has a lot to be proud of as many of our homebred stars hit the show-ring this year in victorious style. OKC was no exception as SSLLC claimed our first Reserve World Championship title! With less than 10 years of breeding under our belt, this is no small feat, as any breeder knows …

The fierce and fabulous SSLLC Vantage Point trotted off with RWC honors in the Two Year Old Futurity Park Harness class. This huge, super-athletic colt is stellar in harness but we cannot wait for his saddle debut in 2011 with Luman Wadhams in the irons. This year was SSLLC Bourne’ Supremacy’s second trip to the Grand National and he did not disappoint claiming Reserve GN Champion in the Hunter Pleasure Stallions class as well as finishing in the top 3 in the Hunter Pleasure Ladies Championship. This wonderful prospect has had several big wins throughout the year and is ready to make a splash in the Amateur ranks.

SSLLC would also like to congratulate the following: SSLLC On Demand and Ryne Swope who won the GN Hunter Pleasure Junior Exhibitor 15 Year Old class; MEM Bonnie Blue, sired by HVK Man About Town, who took the title of WC Park Harness Amateur Masters with Nancy Hendricks; MEM Tough Enough, sired by HVK Man About Town, who won the GN Park Harness Junior Exhibitor 16 & 17 class with Travis Wilson as well as claiming RWC Park Saddle Junior Exhibitor honors; QVM Rocket Man, sired by HVK Man About Town, who won the RWC English Pleasure Junior Exhibitor 13 & under title.

Congratulations to all of you!
